Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique - The Spice Isles

A video of my favourite Caribbean island here. The three island states of Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique are best known for their pretty beaches and topography, arts, crafts, tropical gardens, sailing, diving, spice activities, delicious chocolate and cocoa.

If this video whets your appetite and you fancy a trip, let us know...If you'd like information about purchasing on island then have a look at our map and selected listings of Grenada real estate.

Nevis Property For Sale, Montpelier Villa, Nevis Island

Sandpiper, Oualie Bay - US$675,000
Sandpiper, Oualie Bay - US$675,000
There are some great deals on Nevis property for sale at the moment. Here are some details about why I think Nevis island is a great investment and a few examples of the great deals that are around, especially if you are looking for a Montpelier villa or one close by.

Coccoloba, Jones Estate - US$1.925 million

Nevis is one of the most charming islands in the Caribbean. It is best known for its rich colonial heritage, plantation inn hotels, biking, hiking and nature. Nevis property for sale is fairly high end but there is a lack of big developments. Over the last few years the market has been pretty quiet, for obvious reasons, but there seems to be a nudge in the right direction as interest and visitors increase.

Tourism is a big draw to the island and as such you’ll find that properties nearer the resorts are slightly dearer than in other areas of the island. There are no direct international flights to Nevis, nor a cruise ship terminal, which has helped to keep Nevis less hectic than other islands. But you will find both those things on St Kitts, just a short ferry ride away.

If you are interested in a Nevis property for sale please do get in touch, or for further details try our Nevis Island Buyer's Guide.

What is the Caribbean Property International Blog?

Welcome to our Caribbean Property Blog. We intend this page will become something of a one-stop shop for all the information a purchaser might need to buy in the Caribbean and, in particular, our first chosen islands of Barbados, Grenada, St Lucia and Nevis. There will be links to select property magazines and newspaper articles as well as up-to-the-minute updates on what is going on in the region in terms of real estate and investment opportunities.

We have over 25 years experience of networking the islands so if you are planning to invest in a property in the Caribbean, as a private individual, corporate investor or developer, we can offer you expert help and advice. We work in partnership with the best real estate agents throughout the region and can take care of you from the point of contact to the sale and beyond at no additional cost to you.

We personally know financiers, mortgage lenders, lawyers, project managers, property managers, villa rental agents, tour operators and the like. For further information please browse our website for the latest in Caribbean Property.
